By accessing or using Pavalet, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Platform description
Pavalet is being built as a marketplace that connects clients with independent service professionals. Pavalet may help facilitate discovery, communication, scheduling, and transactions, but independent providers are responsible for the services they perform.
Accounts and accurate information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. Information you provide to Pavalet should be accurate, current, and complete.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to a client, provider, or business.
- Do not use Pavalet for unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Keep login credentials private and notify us about suspected unauthorized access.
Bookings, payments, and providers
Service availability, pricing, cancellation terms, refunds, and provider requirements may vary by service type, provider, and location. Payment and refund handling may depend on the final marketplace and payment-processing setup.
Clients are responsible for reviewing service details before booking. Providers are responsible for performing services professionally, safely, and consistently with agreed expectations.
Marketplace conduct
Users must treat other clients, providers, and Pavalet representatives with respect. Pavalet may restrict or terminate access for conduct that creates safety, trust, legal, payment, or platform-integrity concerns.
Pavalet text alerts
Pavalet offers an optional recurring text messaging program for service-request activity and new-message alerts. You may enroll after verifying a mobile number, granting separate SMS consent, and selecting the alert topics you want. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on account activity and your notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel text alerts. You may also withdraw consent in Account Settings. After opting out, you will receive no further program messages.
Reply HELP for help or contact support@pavalet.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, update or remove it in Account Settings. Pavalet handles mobile information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability
Pavalet is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavalet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or services performed by independent providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pavalet after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
